This module builds on Module L1 - Basic leadership skills. The aim of this module is to introduce some basic aspects of effective chairing utilising participants’ experiences. When participants have completed the work for this module, they will be able to describe the basic skills and characteristics of an effective chairperson. They will also be able to engage in some preliminary evaluation of their areas of strength and weaknesses in this area of leadership.
